The Hero Family's Journey

Hello, my fellow warrior parent,

It’s Greg, founder of Healthy Kids of America🇺🇸

Here we are embarking on a new year.

After a little break from Healthy Kids of America, I’ve decided to test a few new directions, which you’ll be hearing about.

I just turned the ripe age of 47.

At 47, I have a 19-month-old, and now we are expecting a daughter in May.

Although I joke that I'm an old dad, I don't feel old.

In fact, I keep my childhood very alive by collecting 80s vintage toys😊

Oh yeah...my son's either gonna love this as he gets older or think I'm a total geek.

I'm good with both.

Now in preparation for my daughter, I'll be honest...

It has less to do with toys and more with the future.

We all want to do the best job as a parent.

Loving them and keeping them safe is of course #1.

But I also want my son and my daughter to love themselves and learn to be resilient when they are faced with challenges, heart brake and obstacles that WILL come their way.

Staying positive, staying resilient, believing in oneself and pushing through challenges is not a skill.

It's a muscle that needs to be developed and maintained.

Without resistance, muscles atrophy.

The time has come to develop and strengthen our kid's mentality muscles on who they are, who they want to become and how to be their own best advocate and hero.

Over the last month I've spent some time revamping some of the worksheets and videos for you and your child to experience a new adventure together.

It begins with learning and creating their own Hero's Journey...
