Day 2: Setting 90-Day Goals for Success
The Bible says in Proverbs 29:18 that “where there is no vision, the people perish’. Now it’s time to cast a vision of your goals and your family’s goals.
What does success look like for you and only you?
Success with your health, work, family life, or personal life.
When was the last time you took some time to really visualize it and feel how incredible it feels to have obtained those goals?
Instead of coming up with some huge one-year goals, we’re going to only focus on a 90-day goal.
Now, open up the Notes app on your phone for a second. Create a separate note called “My 90-day goals.”
Next, write down 3 things you would like to accomplish or progress towards 90 days from now.
You’re going to write down three things:
One thing for Your Health (Drinking more water and no alcohol, moving for 20 minutes a day, feeling stronger, making more time for myself)
One thing for your family or personal life(setting boundaries with screen time, getting more active, spending more quality time together, connecting more with others)
One thing for your career or finances.
On day three, we will start to develop a plan to hit these goals.
