1) Do some form of exercise every single day. Ask yourself, what do you have at your disposal. Plan on obstacles getting in the way!
Outdoors: Running, walking, biking
Bodyweight exercises at home
Core exercises
Pilates/yoga
Gym
Classes
Indoor bike/treadmill
Swimming
Remove a vice.
Drinking
Nightly desert
Soda
Candy
Spending too much money
Smoking
Binge eating
Add something of value.
Daily meditation
Reading
Writing
Daily video
Positive self-talk
Start that new business
No phone or social media time
One on one connect time with loved ones
