Day 1: [Plan] Jump Start Momentum Challenge

Hey hey!

Day 1 of our jump-start momentum challenge!

Are you ready to make progress with your goals in just 5 minutes a day?

Yeah me too.

So, for today, I’m going to keep things simple and just get you thinking about 3 things…

1) Do some form of exercise every single day.  Ask yourself, what do you have at your disposal.  Plan on obstacles getting in the way!

  • Outdoors: Running, walking, biking

  • Bodyweight exercises at home

  • Core exercises

  • Pilates/yoga

  • Gym

  • Classes

  • Indoor bike/treadmill

  • Swimming

  1. Remove a vice.

    • Drinking

    • Nightly desert

    • Soda

    • Candy

    • Spending too much money

    • Smoking

    • Binge eating

  1. Add something of value.

    • Daily meditation

    • Reading

    • Writing

    • Daily video

    • Positive self-talk

    • Start that new business

    • No phone or social media time

    • One on one connect time with loved ones

Everyday for the next 14-30 days.
